Shipping information
We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom on all orders. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre in China.
Orders placed before 17:00 GMT are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days, including processing. All shipments include tracking and are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), no additional customs charges or import fees upon delivery.

Return information
You may return items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

As our products are shipped directly from China, returns are sent to our returns centre: 3rd Floor, Building 22, Xinghua Industrial Park, Minsheng East Road, Bantian, Longhua, Shenzhen, China 518129. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Returns are processed within 7 business days after approval.
